Wonderful Decision To Work With Ken

IIn August 2025 I took a Viking cruise on the Upper Mississippi River. I would recommend this short but informative trip to anyone who is not familiar with the river or the middle of the US.

Originally, I booked the cruise through a Viking agent. Although he was pleasant, he didn’t give me any special information. Subsequently I changed the booking to Ken Graham (kengraham.travelonly.com or kengraham@travelonly.com). Wow! How wonderful that decision was on my part. Among other benefits – more to come – was a substantial shipboard credit. Ken was able to explain some of the vagaries of Viking’s system that I didn’t understand; he sent reminders on flight changes and even requested specific seats on my flights. I’m not always comfortable with tipping, and he offered his advice. When trying to do an early check in on my flight home, Delta airlines completely confused me. Ken was immediately available by phone and talked me off the cliff that I was precariously hanging on. Not only does he understand Viking, he understands air travel. Upon my arrival at home, I was greeted by a lovely hand painted card hoping I had a wonderful trip.

I again sought Ken’s help when trying to find a hotel that would allow my dog in the room in a semi-rural part of New Jersey. After hours on the computer, I had found nothing within 30 miles. Ken found a hotel within four miles of my destination.

I have never had such excellent, correct, and prompt information and help. I urge anyone to use Ken’s services and skills.
