Celebrity Family Cruise

Good afternoon Ken,

 We are back!!!! 

 On behalf of my family and myself, thank you so much for all your help, support and hard work with our cruise. We had a fabulous time. Everything went smoothly. We loved the ship and destination’s. We were reluctant to go to Cozumel but we loved it there. It was easy to get around and the people were very friendly. We would definitely go back.

As for the Celebrity Beyond; we were blown away. It was the best cruise we have had. The crew, ship and staff were incredible. The food was amazing. As you said, we had no need for any paid restaurants. The shows and activities were perfect for everyone. Everyone was able to find activities they really enjoyed. We even booked Mike for the behind-the-scenes tour; which he loved. They really went out of their way to make his birthday celebration special. Even digging into the back of their wine cellar for non-alcoholic wine.

I can’t do justice to the level of service we received on the ship. It was way beyond our expectations. 

Unanimously we agreed that we would definitely do Celebrity again. It wasn’t a massive ship, so the service was very personal and detailed.

Thank you once again. Our family had many precious memories that we will cherish forever.
